"Please do not use this branch. There are 3 people working and 2 of them dont even care about their job. They always roll their eyes like they dont want to be there. They are mechanics and they need to show some interest in their customers. I went for a tyre change, spent over 500 quid, and i got them changed in a few hours as one of the staff there is from Kwik Fit in Ruislip, which i knew. NO wheel alignment as machines dont work. I had to go to the Hanwell Branch. Definitely go to the Hanwell Brach. The young chap is absolutely delightful!"

"I had booked a free appointment for engine check. When I reached the person on the desk stated that the problem of my engine is not covered in the engine check booked and wipers and other items are included in check. I was really surprised to hear this. I had to leave without a check but on verification, the engine check was booked correctly. The person didn't have knowledge of what was booked. I had to waste my time and would not recommend Halfords. Now on the phone for 45 mins trying to understand why it was not handled correctly. Have lost patience."
"I have used this garage for my household services/MOT for a few years but don’t be using them again. Arrived with my car for pre-paid and pre-booked service to be met with rude unhelpful receptionist saying the car was not booked in. I attempted to share the Halfords confirmation evidence but declined to look or support in resolving. Lost a day work too & will not be returning here"
