"Pre Sale: Everything was great. Good price, good car, good service, advisories fixed. Geoff was a delight. Post Sale: The car developed a fault, no issue here, it happens. Geoff wanted his local garage to look at it and fix it. The garage did this, the fault reappeared but the car did not display issues. The fault was intermittent and my claims were disregarded despite other checks. Geoff would take too long to reply by email so text was best. I found Geoff to be petty, condicending and hard to speak to (constantly ignoring direct questions). At one point Geoff stressed to me he was helping me despite the fact it was his birthday, which I thought was laughable."
