"(Clare Booker leaving review). This is the worse place I have EVER been in Terms of customer service. I did a paid for click and collect order and had to wait 30 mins in a queue of 10 customers with one poor young lad serving and no one else to be seen. It was so bad that I went round the Back and knocked on the office door ( where there were approx 8 people) and asked for soMeone else to come and help. A woman in a black Xmas jumper said she’d send someone out. That Never happened. Some more regular customers in The queue said it’s always the same as hardly any are till trained. So if that’s the case Train them!! Or at least let the guy on the till take the order and a runner goes and picks the product and bring it out. Click and collect orders should be in a different queue as the whole point is it should make Things quicker. Absolute joke. The guy on the till deserved a medal- running sound like a crazy thing apologising to customers when it should be the management doing that for such a poor service ."
"By far the worst place ever for the customer. One person serving. Waited ages. The man behind me was on his second attempt. He tried the day before but gave up waiting and went home. We both were in there to pick up paid for items."
