"ZERO **Really disapointed after driving miles to collect item to be informed cannot find it. Order was placed 4 hours ago and had no courtesy to even inform via text/email or call it is not found. Culty Personality:

"I know it's cliché, but I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered two parts for delivery on the 4th of December. Nearly two months go buy and no order, or communication as to where my order is. I go to the shop in question to inquire, and I'm told to contact customer services (who were very helpful) and I get an email apologising, and I will be refunded. The refund is then only for one item, so I had to contact them again to sort it. Oh, it's also hard to park because the delivery drivers take all the spaces."

"Poor service as usual. While it it obvious there are many staff in the building there was only one person serving and a queue to the door. Twenty-five minutes to pick up an Internet order!"

"Ordered parts online listed as in stock and pick up after 30 minutes. Went to pick up next day and nobody knows anything about it and not in stock. Now got to wait another 5 hours to pick them up, maybe. Absolutely no clue what they are doing in this company."
