"I had my repairs done by Balgores Farringdon branch. My repairs are of a very high standard and my car was cleaned before returning to me. My repairs were handled by Nicola who was absolutely amazing. She made us feel welcome and kept me updated on all the work in fact my car was returned ahead of schedule. "Shocking services, poor or no attention to the shut lines and bonnet has a ridge to the side, which was told Is normal - which it is not. Slow service and long wait time to get an appointment. Response to complaints are not listened too at all"

"Absolute nightmare, don’t know where to start. Firstly car was supposed to be 2 weeks and had car for over 3 weeks. However seems that’s was going to be least of my problems!! Car delivered back faulty. Inside of front door practically falling off. Looks likes it’s been repaired by an 5 year old with some blue tack. Tried to upload a video here of it but couldn’t. Every single warning light is on including punctured tyre and faulty parking assist. There was nothing wrong with parking assist when car went in. What makes its worse when delivered these lights would have been on as car couldn’t have been driven the 5 miles from balgores to my house without them constantly flashing and didn’t have the courtesy to tell me when he dropped car off. I only found out when went to drive it 2 days later and had to get a cab. Disgusting state vehicle has been returned in. I will now have to waste time making more phone calls on Monday while I’m supposed to be working. Apart from car inside door looking like it’s been repaired by a 5 year old with some blue tack. It’s also filthy. Seats grubby etc. Hastings should be ashamed to recommend balgores as a used approver and I will be contacting them take them off their list. Car should never have been returned to me in that condition. Really poor quality. I am fuming. All I can say is lucky these people don’t open on a Saturday or I would have taken the car back immediately I saw the issues. There may have been a few choice words too!! If your insurer has a choice of approved repairers. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"

"You have to give a rating in order to be able to post...Sadly, Customer Care is not caring here. Their fleet of courtesy cars is predominantly manual, with only 3 Automatic cars available to customers, as explained to me by a member of staff. Priority goes to people with an Automatic Licence only. In addition, they moved the goalpost of when my car would be returned each time I called and the excuses were pathetic. The repair work was cosmetic, and no parts were required. When It comes to renewing my insurance policy, I will be checking if Balgores Motors is the preferred Repairers, if so, I'll go elsewhere."

I called several times to check on progress and to clarify some aspects of the work. Every time the staff on the phone were very helpful and not dismissive at all. Thank you all.
