"Read the reviews before buying, they are charlatans. Started off friendly buying a set of power fold mirrors for an F20. Once it was fitted to the car, the passenger wing mirror did not work at all. I contacted them and PayPal, to which they asked me to send the passenger wing mirror for either a partial refund or a replacement. I sent it to them via royal mail special delivery. Once they received it, they sent me a message saying that the wing mirror broken in the corner physically and that I should ultimately claim back from royal mail. I’ve explained several times that the mirror was broken electrically, so even if the mirror returned to them undamaged, it wouldn’t be something they could sell regardless. They’ve tried to insinuate that the damage may have been caused by myself, which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t have contacted PayPal for an electrical related non-working mirror but a physically damaged one from the beginning otherwise. Luckily, I have pictures prior to shipping it. All-in-all, it seems they’ve broken the mirror on purpose to avoid giving a refund or replacement, trying to blame someone else by saying it arrived ‘damaged’. Completely avoiding the fact that the mirror was damaged internally so it’s not as though it could be sold again. Seriously, don’t waste your time buying goods from these thieves. I have contacted PayPal further and will most likely return the right hand mirror as well. Swines!"

"Would avoid unfortunately. Started off a friendly, good experience but then went down hill. Ordered a wing mirror which arrived broken due to being packed in a box which was too small. As I didn't necessarily need that part of the mirror I suggested keeping it as they wanted me to send it back for a replacement, cost us both more money. When it came to fitting the mirror the indicator did not work, where my old one still did. When contacting the company regarding a partial refund or a replacement indicator they stated they do not offer refunds and that it worked before and that I can just buy another one. When stating that maybe it was damaged in transit the same as the other part they refused to reply."
