"Went here to fix a tyre puncture that kept loosing air pressure gradually. I was quoted the price of £10 for a puncture repair if the tyre is not taken out of the rim to fix or £15 if they have to take it out. They did not have to remove the tyre from the rim. Once it was fixed, I went in to pay and now they said it was £15. Told them that wasn't what they mentioned before but he insisted it was always £15 so paid and left quietly. The puncture fix did not fit well.. ended up changing the tyre that weekend. The regular tyre guy said that the puncture fix wasn't done properly and that method of fixing was only to get to the proper garage."
