"The item I ordered on line was wrong, the male at the tills had such a bad attitude that I'm surprised they have any customers. The wiperblades were too wide and one was 2inches or more too long. I was told that it's most rare in a tone that was calling me a liar, another set was brought out and the smaller blade was the right length. I tried it on my car but the fixing was wrong so on re entering the shop I showed the server the difference in the blades, He didn't care and put the money back on my card, so he said, if it isn't there soon then I will be having a word with him"
