"We had a lovely afternoon cream tea here, the food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Only one thing that let it down a bit was we went on a cold day and there is no way of them keeping it warm in there when the door opens or they are serving through the window, needs some thought around how to prevent that as we sat in our coats."
