"Toilets are absolutely disgusting, clearly not been cleaned properly in years, water all over the floor, broken tiles, years old grime over the pipes. Homeless person and his staff/pitbull asleep in the front corner whilst charging his iPhone 20 for free(no coffee required).... whole corner of the cafe unused due to the presence on him and the dog. Symptomatic of the state of Bexleyheath."

"The coffee is comparable to other Caffe Nero chain stores. This store is lacking somewhat in the operational department. There are only three staff members working on a busy Saturday afternoon. This resulted in stacks of coffee cups left everywhere , and the baristas giving takeaway cups even for dine-in customers. The regional office needs to provide the poor staff a little help."
