"So slow! Queue moved very slowly. I had a prawn mayo sandwich (ok but not great) and a very weak tea. Guy doing drinks assumed I wanted take away and plonked a disposable cup on the counter. Oh! You sitting in!! Yes! So I got a pot and cup. Milk jug and teappot were dirty : ( . See pics . Seemed to be a few other customers complaining. Will avoid costas in future"

"Does need a makeover, which as of today I think is taking place, as Randy was outside with a small counter and seats for maybe 4 people. He is very efficient and friendly and although I go in once a fortnight he always remembers what I order."
