"I have never experienced such poor customer service. They handed me the wrong hot sandwich, on taking it back the manager loudly blamed me for the mistake and then tried to give another customer the sandwich I had just returned. She continued to raise her voice and blame me for the mistake, pointing her finger and shaking her head. When my correct sandwich was ready she shouted aggressively across the shop ‘check your sandwich yeahh’. Incredibly unprofessional, aggressive and rude and his was coming from the manager! Utterly appalling."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars! Absolutely terrible service from Paola and Mary! Incompetent and unable to make coffee orders. Made my salted caramel iced Capp latte wrong three times! I Paid for oat milk and was given cows milk! Then made my order and forgot to add coffee. Terrible service! No apology. Avoid at all cost! Waste of £5! My final order was too sweet! Paola poured half the bottle of salted caramel in my drink. I had to throw it in the bin!"
