"For some reason, the floor had been washed and the tables placed on the chairs. No free place to sit until I asked for a table to be moved back. Excellent young trainee make barista, makes some experienced baristas look uncaring"

"Coffee and food are good but the place is pretty run down and the toilets are horrible, always missing soap/loo roll and dirty (the floor is disgusting). It's a shame because it used to be a lot nicer inside but lately it feels neglected. The staff are wonderful though, always friendly and helpful."
