"I've been having breakfast here every Friday and over the last few weeks the food has gone down hill. The bacon is burn, the eggs are not done to how you have asked. Hash browns are burned and this isn't a one time problem it happend a a number of customers on after the other. The staff don't seem to care."

"Have to revise my review. Overall, the food is nice however the salad isn't very good. The biggest problem is that they are severely understaffed. Don't expect food to arrive very quick and expect the menu to be reduced almost every day. Also, while many years ago, the café had a nice and friendly atmosphere, it now feels drab and uninteresting. Ultimately, I would go to the M&S café next door"

"Service was absolutely dire. At 12:08 on the 11th November it took around 20 minutes to place an order and get it served. To add insult to injury it wasn’t even that busy. The staff were totally uninterested in their job and their customers. In the end I took my order incomplete because I didn’t want to wait another ten minutes for hash browns. Usually you get good value for money with good service, but not on this occasion."
