"Very nice shop with a wide range of home goods. The basement is surprisingly large so you should have no problem finding any specific thing you need. Affordable prices as well."

"So grateful that this shop is here. There's always some nice stuff for your home here. From hardware to homeware, decorations and more. The basement in this location is bigger than the ground floor, so there's lots more in there than y you might think."

"Our wheelchair lost a nut and a bolt. Under the helpful assistance of Terry, we managed to fix it and find the appropriate tools for the job. He even helped to improve the mechanics of it. Definitely strong technical knowledge with great service"

"The lady at the till upstairs was so rude and miserable. I was waiting in the line, the person at the till left but the lady didn't say ”next please” so I thought I wouldn't move forward to be polite (just in case she's busy with something). The person behind me asked if I was in the queue and I said I wasn’t sure if the lady was ready. She said yes so I moved forward and asked her if I can get a quote to post an item via DHL. She said ”no” in the bluntest way but there were DHL stickers at the till. Then she said I had to go downstairs. The Assistant Manager downstairs was very helpful though. I'm not expecting super friendly service but at least be professional."

"Most unfriendly staff in that shop apart from the store manager who is very helpful. Other shop assistants have an attitude and it feels like you are bothering them when you need their help. My advice: unless you have no choice go to another branch where friendly faces will treat you better."
