"Unresolved. Do not recommend. Paid for services. The engineers came twice and still not fixed. Waiting for a part for 6m. No response when tried to contact. My Bosch cooker hasn't been working for a while. I asked this gas engineer to come help and fix it. On 20.09.22, they came around and they tried to fix it. There was a call out charge of £45. They came around again to fix it again, there was another charge of £90. As of today on 10.01.23, my Bosch cooker is still not fixed and there is no response from the gas engineer. They said they are waiting for a part but no answer when tried to contact them."
