"They are friendly, and did replace the first washer we bought because it was completely broken, but the second one they came with was one I said on my first visit I didn’t want - and it is also broken. Both washers also teamed of mould. The current one I have, leaks all over the floor on some washes (the filter is clear) and shreds clothes too, which sucks. It also has something inside it which rattles around when the washer spins. I contacted them about it and they ignored my messages. So I’m stuck with a faulty washer. While they are friendly, I would not recommend buying from them as they obviously buy dodgy stock and aren’t able to service them correctly. ***Edit - we tried to get in contact with you within the 6 months warranty about the second washer/dryer, but as mentioned, we never got a response (multiple texts to the older gentleman in the shop), so spent £80 for a bloke to come out and tell us the drum bearings had gone (and meant that the washer was beyond repair or cost 000s to replace). We're in Hither Green - you came to our house twice, whether or not you can remember. We are indeed out of warranty now, but even when we were we were not able to get in touch with you unfortunately."
