"I have bought repeated beds over the past couple of years and always been impressed. unfortunately the latest was not up to scratch. A different material has been used for the base, which is much less flexible and causes an unpleasant sound when the dog moves, but more worryingly has left a discouloured mark on my vinyl floor. The floor is ruined, I have no option to move the bed now as it needs to cover the discoloured area. I hope bunty act on the feedback and revert to their previous fabric, before they lose more customers, as they are generally excellent."

"Despite problems due to covid the item I ordered was delivered within 5 days. It was an extra large faux leather dog bed and it arrived well packaged, in immaculate condition, and ready to use straight from the box ie. not vacuum packed like some dog beds. My dog absolutely loves it. Superb value for money."
