"EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED! the customer service at this place is absolutely disgraceful! They sold the wrong size eventho they measured it eventually had to make a trip back due to their exchange only policy!. Whilst looking for another one it took a lil longer as we couldn't find anything suitable, Then the staff just started getting rude and intimidating tryna rush us and forcing us to buy something we didn't want, eventually they deliberately charged us extra with lame excuses Would not recommend at all!!"

"Went in to the shop to browse, didn’t really need anything. However I liked a maxi dress I seen in the sale, so thought I’d try it on. I’m a size 38 in Asian clothes as was the dress, however I do like my dresses to be a bit looser as I wear an abaya. The woman who works in the shop is much bigger than myself in size yet she was so rude and said to me let me measure you first before you try it on!!! Absolutely rude an no manners whatsoever, she could clearly see there was no issues with me trying it on. Her customer service was bad. As I was leaving the store the male manger/owner approached me and asked me what I though if the dress I tried on? He was much more accommodating and grounded. He kindly reduced the price for me and I ended up buying it in the end for future occasion if and when needed!"

"SHOCKING!!!! I never write reviews, but feel like people should be warned. The customer service is appalling with rude management who lie about everything (pretending they are not managers, that they are a different shop, previous stock). It's the most traumatic experience I've had to date. SERIOUSLY NEVER EVERRRRR GO THERE."

"Absolutely amazing service and would definitely say that this is the best shop on The Broadway. The excellent customer service really makes them stand out and they don't try to force you to buy rubbish like the other stores do. The one star reviews must be from disgruntled customers. There is no fault whatsoever in their work and they treat all of their customers so nicely. They can also deal with remote orders and are always responsive via phone/message."

"Absolutely awful experience. I went shopping with family and was shocked by the language and customer service. One of my family members required a larger size and they kept saying no and saying she is too big. I asked them if they had any XL sizes, as a shop you should cater for all sizes. They said no. No consideration for the person's feelings. Clearly shops in Southall accommodate for size 10 to 12 only. They should consider stocking for plus size. Considering they are all plus size that actually work there."
