"The bald man that seems to be running this place is rude and arrogant.... telling the customer to their face that they are "pagal" (stupid), and to "get out of his shop", when they can't seem to find their receipt to collect the suit they paid £300 for, only a few days earlier (instead of politely trying to assist the customer)... his customer service skills are terrible."
