"If only giving a 0 star was an option. Absolute disgrace of a shop. Customer service is a huge part of someone spending their hard earned money in a store. And the ‘customer service’ that this store provides I’m shocked as to how they’re still open. Not only do they judge people on their size, they also think it’s acceptable to look at someone head to toe and then comment on everything they think they can. Would not recommend"

"DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - RACIST and COLOURIST! My friend visited the shop yesterday to exchange an outfit and was insulted a number of times. FIRSTLY, she was told an outfit would not suit her skin tone as "you need to be fairer for this outfit" - blatant RACISM AND COLOURISM! SECONDLY, when picking up an outfit that had transparent sleeves, she was told that "your arms are too large for that", unbelievable and THIRDLY, she was asked invasive questions about marks on her foot. My friend was made to feel uncomfortable, distressed and angry at the barrage of unwanted, unfounded and UNWARRANTED comments by a member of staff. How this shop is still running is beyond me. I am shocked that my friend had to go through a tirade of insults when just trying to exchange an outfit. Colourism in the Asian community is a massive issue and situations like this highlight that it is still present in this day and age. She used to recommend this business to friends and family and has been a customer herself for years. Needless to say, she WILL NEVER recommend this store again and furthermore, will advise to avoid this shop at all costs. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP AND FUND AN IGNORANT, OUTDATED AND RUDE BUSINESS. ESPECIALLY DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP IF YOUR SKIN TONE IS DARKER THAN A4 PAPER."

"They didn't refund money when i exchanged my suit which was of a bit low price. Poor policy. There should be proper display of exchange policy so that people like me coming from far away for shopping dont get disappointed at your shop."
