"terrible service, very grumpy and moody and dress was of really bad quality and faulty- had several ink stains. I realised once I went home and when I went back, only offered exchange but had to pay the difference for the other dress I picked, which was fine. However I realised he overcharged me because he knew I was desperate for an exchange as original dress was faulty. The second dress that he overcharged me by £50 was being sold for half the price in every other store in Southall! Disappointed in myself for falling for it and for him taking advantage. Avoid completely!!"
