"Hi, this is a message for the rude Singh in the shop who I assume is the owner. I visited your store yesterday and asked to try on a lengha. You asked if I was ‘looking’ or ‘buying’ a very strange way to welcome a customer. Obviously I need to look to be able to buy. When I responded ‘looking’ you abruptly said ‘no’ I couldn’t try. I would like to say thank you to the sales assistant in the shop (a young very embarrassed man) who tried his best to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He said ‘it’s okay ma’am, have a look’. After a short time you (the Singh) reluctantly said ‘ok try’. I did end up trying on the pink lengha, and really liked it, it was £495. After I went into Mongas, I instantly felt welcomed, nothing was too much to ask, the sales team were very nice to me, letting me try on lots of lenghas. I bought a lengha for £625! Morale of the story… Don’t be rude to your customers"
