"Absolutely horrid shop with lots of unhappy trying to get benefit of their customers staff. Outstanding attitude to customers with no desire to help at all. Also the policy for returning items is auful as everything is on a credit note, so you cannot return anything with refund, only with the credit note. I would stay away if I could. Really. It is that bad. My experience was that I forgot my credit note, paid and remembered about it straight away. Said sorry can I please pay with my credit note instead. The answer was no, you cannot. If you paid that is it. But I asked if you could void the transaction as it was 3 seconds ago. No, we cannot compromise a store policy. What? It was a minor mistake that the second I tapped a card I rembered re credit note I had. I begged them with no result. And of course 2 credit notes is better than one. And probably a manager would get a better comission. There is no thought that customer matters and the grateful happy customers are the key to success for any shop or business."

"Just went into sports direct for the, second time to change a jkt that was too small for my grandson. I returned to the shop a second time as it was pointed out the jkt is sold a TV sports direct. Card details verified but was offered a, credit not why was that. The jkt hasn't been worn I would have liked the money returned to my card."

"DONT USE THIS STORE!! Ample of the staff members are unhelpful. Once bought a product that said it was in the SALE and when I took it over to the counter I had already payed for it and I noticed that it hadn't been taken off. I asked why wasn't it taken off, they said oh it wasn't meant to be in the sale. I then asked if I could have my money back and they refused to even though I had a valid receipt."
