"Worst experience ever 6 customer advisors 4 customers and 2 tills. Customer is selecting products while on the tills and advisor is bringing them from shop floor one after the other 6 trips made already. Advisor should know to take customer to the shop floor and show things not bring products on the till and block it."

"1. I ordered three items and have only received one so far. If an item is not available or in stock, why aren't they informing the customer on the online website? I would have bought the undelivered items elsewhere. 2. Picking up that one item from Lester Bowden was a nightmare. The shop in Epsom is truly chaotic and collecting the order took over an hour! 3. Finally, the quality of all the items that I have bought from Stevenson's this time round as well as on previous occasions is pathetic. I could easily buy items of far superior quality at better prices elsewhere."
