"I've stayed in some bad places over the years, but this was so gross i couldn't stay. People smoking crack in the car park and the rooms were disgusting. I told reception that we'd be leaving and not staying. Since then, OYO have refused to refund due to their cancellation policy. TERRIBLE customer service and terrible hotel. Don't do it to yourself."

"such a TERRIBLE stay. thank God we had to take a plane early in the morning, so we left at 4am - we wouldn't have spent another minute there. the whole place is creepy and dirty. we slept dressed because we found hair in the sheets. if I could give less than one star or negative stars, I would."

"Had a Nice night att this hotel, everything was basic but clean, the bed were comfortable, shower and toilet in the room. The staff was friendly and helpfull. 5km from central manchester. I would stay here again. Also they run a indian all veg/vegan resturant in the same bulding, We Will try the food there next time."
