"Deserves less than 1 star, it have been 6 months almost since I left an apartment I used to rent from Alliance city living and I still haven’t got all of my deposit back. Numerous emails have been sent by myself along with numerous phone calls and yet I still haven’t got my full deposit back. Try to avoid."

"Moved out in March, still waiting on our deposit back. We have been given the run around by this company so badly, we are now taking legal action. Imagine having to fight this hard for your deposit back, from a seemingly professional company, especially in times like these? Yikes Alliance, what a bad look. I will also be sharing this experience with as many people as I possibly can. :) Ian Shoreman is the "manager" and offers zero help with anything. In fact, any employee I have ever dealt with: Ella, Nadia, Johanne and the rest offer zero help with anything. Still unsure what Ian is so busy "managing". Oh, and FYI, the subcontractors they hire to "service" things in your apartment (sprinkler systems, etc) do NOT work for Alliance. What does that mean? It means they'll steal from your apartment like they did ours. Alliance of course offers no recourse or even an apology. If you move into an Alliance building, make sure to never let any of these "service" people in. Do they happen to be very lucky to have deals to manage some very beautiful buildings? Yes. Do they manage the rental process well? Hard and emphatic no. Run. The pretty pictures you see online aren't worth the frustration you will undoubtedly feel deep in your soul. Alliance, you are pitiful, I am sorry we ever rented from you."

"It's with confidence I'd recommend oxygen tower to anyone looking for a place in Manchester centre. Amenities live up to expectations of a luxury apartment complex and location is well situated. The staff are always happy to help with anything and go the extra mile to keep you satisfied. Owen (staff) is a great tribute to the team and has made living at oxygen a better experience."
