"Disappointed ☹️ After taking 4unit of blood of my spouse, given incomplete report (report missing). Now I have been asked to give the 4unit of blood for the test again. Also the next appointment is after 15 days."

"Had blood test a few weeks ago, lovely lady taking blood and she said she was pleased I’d come early. Therefore the next time I went I arrived 10 mins early but they wouldn’t let me in the building and I had to wait outside in the rain for 10 mins. I wasn’t happy☹️"
