"I haven’t actually been in the shop, and I’m sure it’s lovely, but as an online customer I’ve had no luck actually getting my item - although I’ve paid for it over a month ago. Originally I selected click and collect (totally my own fault & something the shop was helpful with sorting out - so I paid the extra p&p via PayPal) but then I never got my item. I emailed a few times - and they said it had been delivered - I asked for them to check it had been sent to the right address - didn’t hear anything back - emailed again a few weeks later & still haven’t heard anything now. I understand, especially at this busy time of year things do get lost in the post etc, and if they’d confirmed it was my addresss and clearly they’d been a postal error I would have just writes it off, but as they won’t even bother to reply to let me know I won’t ever be ordering from them again."
