"Absolutely terrible customer service - in world where expecting mother’s cannot go to a store and test a buggy! especially when your expecting twins, you would think that the customer service would be excellent but it is just shocking! In my case they have increased the price ! I have paid for my twin buggy along with car seats adapters and carry cots and they refunded me and said the price has increased so if I want it I need to pay more ! I would never recommend this company to any one - stay clear !"
"I ordered replacement fabric for my newborns snuzpod (crib). I was sent unsealed fabric stuffed in a very old looking bag. Clearly hadn’t been kept away from dust. A thin bin bag had been used to package it. Obviously I’m not going to use it!"
