"Nice staff and great location, but be very careful when buying sale items as you cannot get your money back at all, and the staff doesn’t tell you that you can’t get your money back but they tell you about other items that you can’t when purchasing from them. Totally headache you inform me that I can’t return underwear but you don’t tell me about the returns policy for sale items make it make sense…."

"Nice shop and easy to find. The car park is small but you can park at B&M Home Store right next to Matalan. 2 hours parking permited. The shop is clean and tidy with 2 storey. Good quality clothes and affordable prices. You can also buy home accessory items. Coming with the bus use bus stops Colindeep Lane Stop CF or stop GZ. Opposite of the store you have a McDonald's in case you get hungry or want to the toilet."
