"I went for Xmas shopping to Windsor the other day. It was all lovely until I got to new look... Worse customer service I experienced for veeeeery long time... Due to which new look just lost its customer I won't ever again buy there. I don't even know where to start... The girls that work there are horrible their attitude is beyond the joke.... So unhelpful and arrogant when asked if they have certain size I heard "oh I'll have a look in my crystal ball shall I?"... Charming... The other one... Well it's rather embarrassing but she smelled like she didn't change her underwear for at least a week... And the other one shouted at my daughter making her cry, that was enough for us we left the shop..."
