"Booked in for nail infill, hair up and make up ready for a evening wedding party. I turned up to the shop and the shutters were down and no one answered the phone or mobile number, they never even contacted me since. Luckily I had booked through treatwell so managed to get a refund. As you can imagine this left me in a right state but managed to go to selfridges in the Trafford Centre and at least get my make up done!!"

"The salon is very messy and dirty. The towel they use to dry your hair smells disgusting and the hairstylist told me a much lower price at the beginning of my treatment but then she charged me double just because my hair was thick. She should have told me since the beginning, very unprofessional staff and dirty place. Not recommended"

"Havent had my eyebrows shaped in years, thought it was time to get them threaded (I find this method much more accurate for shaping)- also hard to find someone you can trust with this as reviews can always be hit and miss. I cannot remember the ladies name who did this but she did a brilliant job, took great care when doing them, stepping back to check and going back in to touch up. Prices were great value, would definitely go back!"

"The worth experience ever with my eyelashes extension Really unprofessional instead of infilled, they pull out all the lashes and then they have used the cluster lashes with the proper glue. I was shocked I've never seen anything like it in my life. Very suspicious please. Belle&Baby have no professional documents to provide certain services. The Government should do some checks on this dodgy place."
