"Pretty poor experience. I bought a pair of white leg warmers from the website and after a week with no dispatch confirmation I reached out for tracking details and was told that the item was actually out of stock and presumably was never even going to be sent. I was asked if I would like a refund or a brown pair as an alternative. I very clearly requested the refund as I didn't want the hassle of any more issues. I've just recieved brown leg warmers in the post today and surprisingly I'm not best pleased."

"Got leg warmers for my daughter on Etsy from this company middle of December for Christmas. Arrived obviously faulty and had not been checked during packing, twice they said they had sent a replacement but neither arrived. Two weeks after Christmas I asked for a refund and they refused, no replacement, no apology, no refund. Etsy had to intervene and refund me… this company had lots of reviews like this on there, just wished I had noticed before I bought from them. AVOID this seller!"
