"Ridiculous company. Had my 2500k credit revoked. No explanation as to why. My circumstances haven't changed just moved house! Absolute disgrace"

"Where are the management? Are they disappeared? I ordered an Asus Chakram mouse on FashionWorld webiste via my credit account. I never received the item, so I sent a letter via signed for -Royal Mail to the adress provided on their website. I never received a reply to my letter. I called on 22nd , 23rd, and 29th of March and I was told that I need to sign and send back a form which never received the form despite regular follow ups. I am upset of the fact that my calls get connected abroad where you can't get a straight answer to problem. Every time I asked the customer services to connect me to a responsible person in the UK, I got the same typical answer that not possible to connect my call!"

"Absolutely poor service I was making a payment it wouldn’t work I tried again it took two payment I rang up they said they refund me I emailed still waiting tried again still no get I tried 4th time they said it be refunded still not get i sent email i they sent email saying returns issue i not asked about returns at all I won’t b makin a payment they had two worst catalog and service ther clothes rubbish nothing nice in it"

"Really really poor and disappointing so far...there was a administrative problem with my order (2 pins given in error) which meant Hermes wouldn't let me have the parcel when it arrived and it was sent back and three of my items are not longer available.......I asked a manager (Louise) in the complaints department to deal with the issue. Louise said the line was poor and I should call her back this is after over 40 minutes on the phone talking and being put on hold....and then being told the line was too poor. I called her back spoke to someone who said Louise was too busy to speak to me but would call me back. The lady did call and kindly said she'd re-order for me but there was no need for me to stay on the line as it would take a while she'd call me back after put the order through 40 mins later she hasn't called me back. I called and found out that none of the order had been put through - the customer advisor said she needed to speak to Louise to find out what had been done. The customer advisor called me back the order hadn't been put through so she kindly did it, - but it's been 6 days since I put my order in over £200 worth of clothes and shoes. I also called Fashion World yesterday twice and was told twice that the issue had been sorted and I could go and collect my parcel with a different pin but this wasn't the case and it was returned. Hopefully my clothes will arrive tomorrow on next day delivery I have been advised that a discount will be applied to my order plus £20 for phone calls. If the clothese are good and I do not have further problems I may update this review."
