"Update: item has now been received! Some responsiveness from the emails sent and voicemail left would have been much appreciated! Sadly didn't read the reviews of this company prior to ordering an item. As other people state, I received an email saying the order was complete and delivered yet have not received the item. I have contacted them via email, phone and social media with no response. Interestingly the company is named Bearboxes Fashion Apperal on Facebook, address Bury Street Manchester, Bearboxes Menswear on Instagram, address Covent Garden London, and on Company's House Bearboxes Co Ltd."

"Fraudulent company, do not buy from them. I placed an order and received the order confirmation e-mail. No product arrived. The telephone number on the e-mail is a dead line. No response to e-mails. The mobile number on the website just goes to a gif had voicemail. It is not a registered company. A bunch of criminals."

"Awful company, I ordered over 2 months ago and have yet to receive any communication from them. Let alone the item I received. I have emailed several times to follow up on the order with o response. All of the 020 numbers are out of service and the mobile number attached to the website rings through to voicemail. The service is terrible. Would never recommend this company as it is very clearly a scam. Will be reporting to the bank and to trading standards"

"Do not order from this company. I ordered a product 2 months ago that has still not arrived . Can not get them to refund me as they claim to have a tracking to say the item has been delivered which they can not provide proof of. Avoid completely as you will be left out of pocket"

"This is a highly fraudulent company - please beware. Please also consult review on Trustpilot for more information. I placed an order, which came incredibly late despite paying a hefty delivery charge. I returned the order and no refund was issued. It has now been nearly 4 months and still not refund. Trading Standards have been informed of this and hopefully action will be taken to close this horrendous business down. Items are sent directly from China so there is no guarantee of their genuine status. Order with severe caution."
