"Quality has decreased for a while now, you know you are going to get good food but nothing great. Chicken katsu and sweet chill chicken are very formulaic. Sushi (nigri especially) lacks flavour which is overcompensated with copious amounts of salt. Also closing hours should do 50% off custard dorayaki... mmm custard dorayaki"

"Appalling customer service, they have a board saying 50% off closing time but chooses to sell food at full price and then lying to your face. One Asian lady named Safi at the till took my food away and put it back on the shelf as I was talking, the disrespect this lady Safi has given me is beyond disgusting! Don’t buy anything from this branch other branches are way more nicer."
