"Very very bad experience! I ordered on Just Eat but apparently they handle their own delivery. They gave delivery time of 40 mins which is fine. But after 40 mins they cancelled my order for lack of delivery drivers!! This is terrible. My kid and their friend had to wait another 45 minutes to eat dinner! This is highly unacceptable! If you don't have drivers then shut your shop and don't take orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE!!"

"Promised me 40 mins. But it took 1 hour and 20 mins. It came very cold and all over the place. This has happened 4 times. Exactly the same experience. I had guest and they left before the pizza arrived. I will never order again from this place."

"Called and asked if the food would be ready by 8. Was assured that it would be. At 8, no food. Called again to see when the food would be ready by. No answer. Called another 16 times. No answer. Turn up at the shop, shuttered off as you can see in the picture. I look inside and see someone standing there on the phone, ignoring me as I knock on the shutters. Not even the human decency to answer. Phone calls in the background from other customers the whole time and he's ignoring them too. Food arrives 40 minutes late. They got the order wrong. The sauces that I paid for are all wrong. Spicy veggie pizza instead of a barbecue pizza. The guy who dropped off the food did not have enough change. The pizza itself was bland, really nothing special at all. Turkey bacon was burnt, not crispy. Nothing like what some of the reviews describe. I would seriously advise you to think again before ordering from here, they really do not care about you as long as they can take your money."

"100% the best pizza in ealing. Pizzas are always prepared fresh and to your specific order. I have used them for delivery and collection, they can not be faulted. The pizza base is soft and fresh, the cheese is stringy and not soaking in oil by time it is cooked. The vegetables are fresh and flavoursome, and the meats are delicious. Garlic bread with cheese is a nice side to go with the pizza too. Can't knock these guys. Great customer service time and time again."
