"Terrible service tonight. Ordered and selected a time for pickup. Once we got there, we were told to wait as it wasn’t ready - even though it was on the screen showing ‘Ready’’. 20 mins later another guy asked us what we wanted and why we were here! As expected, we got our pizza and it was cold! Poor poor service!"

"Ordered a Pizza and Wings through the website at 6.10pm, the delivery slot was supposed to be 7.30pm, I called the store at 7.45pm, I was assured that it would arrive in 15mins, I called again 30mins later and they said it had been delivered, it had not I was told it would be with me in 15 mins, I had to chase it up 4 more times, each time being told it would be 15mins, it eventually arrived at 9.45pm. I filled in the complaints form on the website and have had no reply, I will not be using Domino's again as their competitors are so much more reliable."

"If I could give zero stars I would the attitude from the delivery driver was awful to start, I live in a multi story building he told me on the phone I’d have to come down he’s not allowed in hed have to ring his manager baring in mind they have previously come to my flat door and delivered, I have a 2yr old ( single parent) which i can’t leave while I go down and get pizza!! I then got a second call from the manager from the shop who stated to me they can’t enter the building because due to health and safety they weren’t insured for stairs and lifts …( is this even a thing) even after informing him of my situation he wasn’t bothered, absolutely disgraceful it’s called delivery for a reason and nothing stated on there website about new regulations about this even for covid. Keep the money and enjoy the pizza clearly more important than the service or worth leaving a child unattended!!!!!"
