As far as I can recall I've never before rated a place as high as this and it all started at reception. If every establishment had a Tom at their first point of contact life would be so much happier. This lad makes a difference, smiley, happy, answers questions and does it all naturally, its something that cannot be taught, I guess its down to his personality and the way he was brought up.
