"Bad experience in the dental clinic. Unnecessary drilling of cavity free teeth. A routine cleaning where some young hygienist. A long hair platinum blonde cleaned one tooth for a half hour. The Dental is no longer here but I believe the same staff are there. They should be investigated."
"I went in for a routine dental cleaning. A long hair platinum blonde pretty girl cleaned one tooth for a half hour. Then unnecessarily drilled holes in two teeth causing permanent damage. I tried to find out where she got her licence to no avail. However the psych clinic is terrific too bad they share the same building.Also too bad she doesn't take a walk next door."
"They do not address patients needs whatsoever couldnt get my annual appt with Mary so I had to see someone else...nobody will refill my prescriptions until I see Mary. Mary is never there and I still did my annual so why can I not get prescriptions refilled? It makes no sense!!! So now ill have to pay for 2 annual check up visits? Shelby sits at the front desk in the dark like nobody is working up front so right from the beginning you are felt unwelcome... called patient care to report them all and even their supervisor in Rice Lake won't call back. The only caring people there are the ones that do your bloodwork. Back in October I tried to make an appt for the mobile mammogram unit that comes to Hayward. Was told they dont come to Hayward anymore...then i got a letter telling me i needed to book appt with mobile unit. Called that # directly and they got me in right away and apologized for someone telling me something that was not true. Its like nobody knows what they are doing there. I'll be going to Tamarack Health to see Lisa Bratvold again... she should of never have left this place."
"Colleen, the lady taking calls at the front desk won't admit when they are at fault for sending in prescriptions. My appointment was last Thursday Colleen... it should have been sent to Walgreens then. This was Marshfield's fault. Take some responsibility. Do your job, to prevent reviews like this. I see you're already at a 2.8. I don't call that good."
