"I don’t think there is a way to give zero stars but if there was, I would rate it zero stars. It’s very unorganized, close whenever they don’t have staff without notice, and haven’t had medications in for days at a time without notifying customers. Terrible."

"Stopped in today and the usual issue at check out. Person in front of me had problem checking out, had to call manager who was 30 feet away and busy with something. So left my purchase and walked out. Should have gone with my Amazon purchase $3 cheaper and no drama."
"Complete lack of customer service and knowledge of their jobs, at least the one male technician. They take days to refill prescriptions. Then they are out of stock on your glucose meter and state they will fill it as soon as it comes in, and instead cancel your prescription so that you have to get a new refill. The best part is when they put in their system that they filled your prescription on a Tuesday, when they did not. Tell you they will fix it Thursday. Then, on Saturday they still haven't fixed their error and you cannot get your prescription filled."
"On a Friday I went to pick up my medication. ( soon after opening) I was told my medication was not ready and to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and I was then told they were out of stock of my Medication and some would be arriving after 3pm. At 4pm I called to verify my medication had arrived, I was left on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. So I called again, they said it didn't arrive and it would arrive Monday. Monday comes and my medication is still not ready to be picked up, they then told me they need to order it and it would not be available until Tuesday. I ended up contacting my Doctor and having my prescription sent to another local pharmacy and was taken care of that very same day. I will never use the pharmacy at this location again."
