"The place has gone way down hill in the last year or so. Doctors are even leaving and going else where. Nothing is in sync with hospital and clinic. Appointments keep getting rescheduled, and you can't get your prescriptions filled. Spooner needs to have direct contact with their patients. No more of Duluth, MN.making our appointments. It's a nightmare. They do not know the patients at all !!!!!!!!!!. I have been rescheduled 4 times in the last 5 months. This is BULL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No body calls anymore to remind of appointments. If you move here from out of town, go to Hayward or Cable. Anywhere but here. P.S Been trying to see my Dr. for over 5 months!!! And no, I will not email you, you call me!!"
"They moved down in stars for very poor response and care. Called and wait time long, choose the call back option. It's been over an hour with no return call. Called back myself, waited this time, turns out Spooner doesn't do UrgentCare/walk in. They would have a nurse call me back, yeah still waiting. Called back again, this time I was told that she would move me back up in the schedule as though others were placed over me. Not one person said that perhaps the next day would work"

"3 stars because my primary is amazing but the doctor I saw today mark reuter was rude to me, spoke to me like I was unintelligent and then never sent a script to the pharmacy that I needed"
