Forest Heights | An Ecumen Living Space is a HUD apartment complex located at 408 Tower Road in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Offering a comfortable and friendly living environment, Forest Heights provides 24/7 security at the main entrance. All units are one-bedroom, with two handicapped-accessible units available. If you are 62 years or older, or 18 or older with a disability and living on limited income within HUD guidelines, you will only pay about 30 percent of your income to live in one of our River Town Heights affordable housing apartments. Our housing staff is available to give you a tour, explain the application process, and estimate your monthly rent.
