"Don’t show up and plan to use a coupon. The cash register did not ring up the (valid) coupon price after the subs were made. This was with a manager who could not get the cash register to work correctly. He just shrugged his hands basically. I followed up with a detailed letter to management and no reply. I paid over $10 extra for my food. Food was average. Choose the subway over by harbor freight to give your business to. I have been to that one, store is cleaner and staff are friendly and helpful."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Employee wasn’t wearing mask, then wiped his nose with his gloved hand and folded the sandwich with the same hand he just wiped his runny nose with. Called him out on it and he got belligerent and combative. Emailed subway about it and they said the franchise owner would contact me but never did."
"My boyfriend and I went to this subway for lunch today. He ordered a steak and cheese footlong but received a chicken bacon ranch. That wasn’t a big deal at first because he likes that too, until he was eating it and discovered the meat wasn’t fully cooked. We also noticed the workers looked high? Not very professional and we will not be going back."
"Thankful a new crew, headed by Gina, have managed to turn this location 180 Degrees. Finally a courteous and professional staff have arrived on the scene. Best sandwich and service I've notice here in over a year! If you have avoided this joint before, it really is worth a second chance! Thanks Gina for the great sandwich and service!"
"The staff was incredibly rude. They didn't seem to know anything about what their products contained, and if they contained something I was allergic to. The lady didn't bother change her gloves after each sandwich. Instead my chicken bacon ranch ended up with marinara all over the bun, the wrap, and the napkins. As well as I asked for olives and I got 4..... on a 6 inch sandwich. I got a handful of spinach and 4 olives. I will NEVER bring this franchise money again."
