"I made an appointment to come see an apartment, no one confirmed with me so I reached out to them. On the day of and an hour before the appointment someone told me I don't have an appointment anymore. When I tried to reschedule for the evening I was told they don't do appointments after 4pm, when my original appointment was at 4:30. I'm very unhappy with this I can only do evening appointment with my work schedule and not only did I have to reach out to them, the way it was handled this was very unprofessional and I'm pissed about it!!"
"I had put in a maintenance request for a new exhaust fan in my main bathroom, and they came and changed it out the following morning. So pros to the quick response. Thank you"
"Move here if you want your car shot up. Tenants from here are ruining the area. Tons of people driving around with no license plates. Hope the cops start patrolling this dump more."
"The process of getting the apartment was fast and great but once you get the apartment communicationwith the office is difficult. I've sent emails and now all of a sudden no one is responding to my emails."
"I worked with Kaitlynn from the office. She was so professional and knowledgeable, she answered every question i had. The units are beautiful and spacious! i LOVE that there is a washer and dryer in unit! the pictures online are exactly how the units look, no catfishing there! I did however find my home elsewhere that would fit my families needs better, but i wanted to give a 5 star review for both Kaitlynn and the beauty of these units!"
