Pinewood Creek

"Enjoyed my time at Pinewood! The rates weren't bad and I found them comparable to the area. The staff was always friendly and responded quickly. The walls/floor were thin and my neighbor complained about me walking around. Not much I could do about that. Outside of that I enjoyed my time here and would recommend moving here!"

"The property is always clean, it's pet friendly. We've been here about 11yrs. Love watching the wildlife come through. The staff is great. If something needs fixing you put in a work order and they are usually here fixing the situation."

"Each time I've talked to the staff they have been wonderful. I do feel the walls/floors are a bit thin, sometimes I can hear too much (pets, conversations), but all my neighbors have cordial, the laundry room has always been in good shape. I've only been here a few months but so fa so good."

"I moved to Pinewood Creek Apartments last November. The site is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The staff, including the maintenance crew has been incredibly responsive. The floor plans are all really nice and spacious. The buildings are energy efficient and patio doors are being replaced/updated as we speak. It's a wonderful community of people too and I love that they're pet friendly. Laundry facilities on every floor and I can finish 2 loads at a time. Thanks for making me feel SO at home!-Cate"

"Do not live at pinewood. We recently moved out after two years and they are blaming my dog of peeing on the carpets all over the place. She NEVER did and they are saying she did. They said the people before us did not have a pet but we think someone snuck one in. People sneak them in all the time we even saw some people with two or three dogs. Management is dumb and they do not catch on to things. They just wanted new carpet and needed an excuse and money to get it. They threw the carpet out already so we will see them in court! This is ridiculous. They also have a mold problem and a bug problem. I would not recommend living here, especially with a pet. They will use your pet to get what they want. Can't wait to see them in court. I liked living there only because of the two bathrooms and the decent size space, otherwise everything else was pretty bad. Very outdated too. They raise the rent ever year by a lot and it's ridiculous. Nothing is included and there is no pool. All they care about is their lawn and that's about it. The new management is horrible, it was a little better before they took over. They use people and make up stories so they can get money. DO NOT live at pinewood creek apartments."
