"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I would not recommend doing business here. They'll mark your order as complete but not actually deliver your food. It certainly wasn't fast service that they heavily imply that they're good at. If anything, it was really poor service. When I called the store, the employee was rude and told me I just needed to wait longer. I certainly won't be shopping here again. They're already late, and apparently, I'll be waiting even longer. If I even get my food at all, that is."
"I ordered online and ended up having to wait for all of the customers in line behind me before receiving my order. " I just received your order", the employee said 10 minutes after confirming it."
"While I have worked the food industry myself for many years, I just can’t give this store more than two stars. Things are just so frequently inconsistent. I’ll get a notice for delayed delivery times and have the food arrive in 20 minutes one day, and then not get any warning on an order that takes them 2 hours to get delivered. It’s not the workers, I mean, if the company actually paid/staffed well enough their service could be excellent. It’s just disappointing because sometimes it’s nice to have a fast/reliable way to order a quick lunch. You just don’t get that with Jimmy John’s anymore."
