"I placed an order online, received a text it was ready, and was told to “tap here for no line pickup”. I walked inside expecting to get my order from a pickup shelf/area or have someone ready to hand it to me. How convenient! Until I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the only customer in the store, without a single word or response to my greetings from any of the at least 8 people I counted working. I had to *yell*, not once, not twice, but three times, and after that I *barely* got someone’s attention. This might have been just servants low if it was busy, but it was not. So my “no wait pickup” took about 10 minutes with my food sitting on the shelf the entire time, the only customer in the store. Weak performance Dominoes. Very disappointing."
"I love Domino's but if it wasn't MNF I would ask for a refund. My pizza was Medium (which there is nothing wrong with) and my wife and daughter enjoyed theirs. Problem is my Bacon Tomato Chicken, or whatever you call it my favorite item, was scorched. It takes effort to do that and than send it out to a customer."
"I just picked up my food and let me tell you this food is so fresh! I got the 16 piece Parmesan bites and a cinnamon twist bites with a 2 L soda for 20 bucks. Thank you."
"Ordered pizza at 6:30, didnt get it until after 8:00. On top of all that, it was under a lot of other food. My box was smushed, half my pizza was destroyed. Also, it was very cold, cooked a long time ago. My delivery took way too long, and I'm very, very angry. Not sure I want to order from them again."
"I ordered a piece on New Years Eve and got a free medium pizza, I could not find the email that stated I got a free pizza. I called Dominoes and was sent to a cal center, called the store and they could not help. I ordered the pizza anyway and I found a piece of hair in the crust. It was not my hair cause it was in the actual dough, I tried to call the store and no answer for over fifteen minutes. I want my money back"
