Placed an online order to ship and it was cancelled 5 minutes after placing, there was no issue with the payment but when messaging AND chatting with customer service they weren't able to give me any info as to why or help me beside to tell me my order was canceled and to replace it. OBVIOUSLY I see that. Not repurchasing- what so it can happen again?!? Just go to Petsmart, they have better deals anyway."
